Below is a starter Terms of Service for Trust Capital (equity-based project funding platform). It’s written to be website-ready, but it is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer—especially because equity investing and crypto disbursements are heavily regulated and vary by jurisdiction.

Optional Add-On Clauses (Tell me if you want these included)

If you answer the 5 questions below, I’ll tailor the Terms more accurately to your business model:

  1. Your legal entity + jurisdiction (e.g., “Trust Capital Ltd, UK” or “Delaware C-Corp, US”)
  2. Are Investors accredited only, or can retail invest?
  3. Do you custody funds/crypto, or use a third-party custodian/escrow?
  4. Supported payout assets/networks (e.g., USDT TRC-20 only)
  5. Do you allow secondary transfers/resales of equity, or is it strictly primary issuance?

If you reply with those, I’ll produce a clean final version with the correct regulatory posture and without placeholders.
